Cydr Punk

A unique co-ferment of wild Polish apples and hand-picked red currants. A nose of ripe red currants and herbs are given an electric spine from the acidity of apples. It's as brash and edgy as its name.

Each of the aromatic co-ferments from Kwasne Jabłko are bottles of delicious, harmonious exploration. They pull notes from the wild fruits that run rampant alongside the old apple varieties on and around the family farm.
