Brewed in collaboration with Domaine Lissner and Cantillon, this showcases why beer-wine hybrid ales can be so exciting. It’s a blend of a Brett saison (barrel-aged for 2 years) and a sour ale aged in red wine barrels (for 1 year) topped off with 10% of young Cantillon Lambic.  After blending, it macerated on the pomace of Domaine Lissner's Pinot Noir from Alsace for 2 months before bottling. A true bridge between the cultures of craft beer and natural wine.
