Dry and vinuous - this is the wine side of the beer, not dessert. Pronounced acidity but superb balance. Classic raspberry acidity - raspberry happiness. Dry finish. Fruit forward and tannic. Wild and fruity. Fruits enhanced by the acidity. Very light, elegant mouthfeel. Lots of body for the ABV.
