A spicy, woody cider pét-nat made of old apple varieties from near Hamburg with a dosage of apple wine aged in barrique.

50% Ingrid Marie, 30% Boskop, 20% Finkenwerder Herbstprinz all mashed, pressed and fermented separately, then blended and filled. After 8 months of aging on lees, the pét-nat was disgorged by hand and topped off with an apple wine aged in barrique.
